wxWidgets 2.8.10 is needed.
An installer of wxWidgets 2.8.10 for Windows is downloaded. The installation contains static lib files, but Audacity requires DLL.In order to compile Audacity, an Environmental Variable, WXWIN, needs to be added, and the value should point to the folder where wxWidgets (C:wxWidgets-2.8.10) is installed.
For all .vcproj files of Audacity that requires "vc_dll", replace "vc_dll" with "vc_lib" (Three .vcproj files are modified: filedialog, mod-script-pipe, and Audacity).
Compiling is OK, but Linking fails due to "unresolved external symbols".
I think I need to rebuild exWidgets, because Audacity WiKi says, "...make sure that amongst the versions of wxWidgets that you compile is the DLL debug unicode version"
