Today’s Transactions:
Initiated a position in LULU averaged at $45.41 Stop-loss if the stock is
closed below $38
Reason: Lululemon is one of the hottest ipos this year and it is expanding aggressively across Canada and US. Although the valuation is a little rich, I think the momentum along with the 30%+ same-store growth ratio(in fact, I was surprised by the announcement this morning as it is very rare to find a same-store number north of 20%) can continue to move the stock higher. The main downside risks include slower growth and potential secondary offerings.
Added more GOOG Dec 400 Call at $221.00
