The ES is the most liquid E-mini futures contract open 23.25 hours a day, 5 days a week. The Initial Balance hour is an interesting period due to that fact that, in theory, what happens in the first hour should not have much impact on price levels 12 or even 24 hours later. However, Greg will demonstrate that there are often times that there is significant influence on price levels and this can be many hours later.
