我们公司马路对面的律所的人整天跳槽跳到我们公司来。

这1年来了3，4个了。

其实跳槽的人吧，跟转学转到更好学校的学生差不多，需要付出比一般人更多的努力得到认可。而且必然经过起初的受气阶段。

如果能忍，并真的能干，将来还是会有出头之日的。但是，就是要付出比常人多。
