龙虾烩面

准备的材料原本是做三道菜的, 葱姜龙虾, 豆豉蒸生耗, 蘑菇蒜炒西兰花, 可是等我花了九牛二虎之力把这个家伙收拾完后就精疲力尽啦, 就把它们一锅煮啦, 没想到是味道非常好, 一大锅吃得几乎不剩, 也可能是大家等饿了, 大家坐那儿半天没看一道菜上桌, 结果一上来, 就一大锅的, 咳, 粗人一个呀.


龙虾烩面,

用料：

龙虾
生耗
葱 (青, 白分开切段,), 姜片,
蘑菇, 西兰花,
熟乌冬面,
鸡汤,
绍酒, 盐，糖, 胡椒粉，麻油

制法：

- 西兰花 汆水，待用

- 生耗蒸熟, 去壳, 切半, 待用

- 蘑菇用鸭油炒香, 待用

- 龙虾洗净，斩块, 锅烧热放入鸭油(家里正好有的)，将葱白段, 姜片爆香, 下龙虾翻炒干水, 再倒入绍酒, 鸡汤，盐、糖, 胡椒粉, 用中慢火焖，焖至入味, 加入面条烧滚, 加入蘑菇, 西兰花, 生耗, 青葱段, 麻油拌匀，勾了个很薄的欠, 连锅端上桌, 享用.
