to clarify:

1.  the amount against me $3800

2. they haven't cashed the check(in fact it's one of my US colleagues recommended to use this "霸王” 条款

3. I have pictures, videos and texts as evidences

The hearing is online. I am planning to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to tell the story and facts.
