也说小林

同学们关心小林可以理解。但不能着急不是。去年小林爆发了几场，但是也出了很大的代价。現在小林有三年的时间，专心练习加强自已。这正是他应该专注的。这孩子还是一个中国人的本性，本质不错，体能不强，但smart, tony Parker and Jason kiddos can be the role model for him. He need to improve him rhythm, not the speed。he need knock down the open shot, so the defender will have the second thought。現在他还没有从梦里出来。他还是个孩子。我们都有过二十出头，这些都是成长的必然之路。gave him some room, some time, he will be the better player. He is doing much better on defense now. .他的shooting need more confidence. Need to be an instinct, he is thinking too much now. It is great to see him to score 38 in a game. Even today against Boston, I thought he had a good game. Yes, he did not play the last quater. It is because others did play better. A team need to win a game when they can. Until he get his confidence back, it is going to be like this. 但是我相信他会找到他那丢掉的自信。he is a smart kids, he will find the way.
不知有多少同学play ball, any ball game. 进步不是直线的，它有点象股巿，有峰有谷。只有经风雨，才能見彩虹。要想成功，必须要打8十多场。如果每场能打一半时间，好好修练，到play off时，爆发••• 如果不是今年，那就是明年•••
