关于 title shower, 我想我犯了一个错误

我想我犯了一个错误。 也许我不该拆了那个旧 shower. 其实清理一下就可以了。

为了拆 shower 并造一个tile 的，我找了一个不懂英文的handyman报价 $800, 不少同学认为贵了：

同学们认为这些个价格如何？

今天来的一个 prospect tenant 是造房子的。他看了我买的材料(在 handyman指导下买的），说大多数不对，并给我就 tile shower 免费上了一课。我上网研究了一下，妈呀，还真是挺复杂的：water proof membrane,mortar pan, hot mop, etc etc 然后才上 tile etc etc, 很多工序还不能连续干，中间要停的。

我想乱整一个看上去也会 ok, 但 long term 会是个 headache if there is small leak?

嗨，就算交学费吧。只是没有那么多时间。
