被拒签之后该怎么办？

是关于我母亲，她本人现在中国。04年她和一个美国人结婚了，结婚后没到一年她申请探亲，到美国（好像是K3),被拒签，理由是不相信他们的婚姻是真实的。被拒后，我的继父在美国就另外找了一个律师，这位律师又帮我母亲重新申请但是不再是K3，而是CR1，现在她的申请在加州的签证中心，前天得到消息说现在要求我母亲提供新的材料证实他们婚姻的真实性。1是要：A document of divorce from your previous hu*****and.2是要：Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage)。 我父母是在我母亲再婚前10个月离得婚，而且他们是通过协议离婚，我妈听她的朋友说如果是通过法院审判离婚才能有用，是吗？ 还有我可以给我母亲写一份affidavits sworn吗？ 对于我母亲的签证会有帮助吗？ 谢谢！
