因为素不相识才觉得是局外人，旁观者清呀。
我开始是完全相信律师的。因为我日常生活很紧凑没认真核对过账单。昨天仔细看了账单，发现他有两比不相干case的钱算在我的帐上了。有将近三千用在和同一个证人的电话上，但是他曾和我说过那个证人的证词不适用本庭。接我的案综有一年了，每次会面都要从头review，好像完全忘记了一样。开始我觉得是净业。现在我觉得他是不称职。我的律师(he's attorney in criminal area) 朋友说他是respectful, 但并没有说是称职的律师。现在要换律师, retaining fee is $5000 on a start (This is the attorney the criminal attorney recommended), I've ran out of my juice, so I have not contacted this attorney yet. Really wanted to do it on my own, I've taken 2 weeks off to prepare for the final trial. What should I really worry about on the trial date?
