看了前面那个孩子踩了别人琴弓的贴，我没觉得你要赔，

不是你儿子的错呀。你儿子不可能避免这件事发生。

当然，你贴到这里，大多数人做好人（真假都有），让你陪了算了。

但反过来说，如果你孩子的弓没放好，被别人踩坏了，你会盯着人家索赔吗？你若告上庭，能赢吗？

和一个认识的法官说起这件事，她说“很难说“， a typical answer. 所以，没觉得你非赔不可。

不知道小额法庭会怎样说。
