能告医院医生吗? 怎么告呢?

家中有亲人去世,我们怀疑部分原因是医生的失职,希望有经验的人可以帮助分析一下.要个说法.医生一面之词实在是没办法让我们信服.我们不懂医,也不了解美国医院的程序,不过有些实在觉得说不清楚的环节我们也希望能找个公证的人来解释清楚.不知道如何处理.应该找个律师吗? 机率大不大无所谓,就是想要个说法,也希望能引起医院的重视.不要让悲剧发生在别人家中.

有朋友说我们应该找医生谈谈,然后再找律师帮助分析.我们实在是不知道如何处理, 请大家帮助.如何办, 如何找什么样的律师. 谢谢.
