You and your relative out done most divorce case here. I am not surprise that the hu*****and had to gave her punch or two. I think she is worth everyone of those. (Lets assume that actually happens.)

That is reason why I like the old English law. The rule of thumb.

My reasonable conclusion is that settle for $30K and walk away.

As a victim, i prefer she asked the question herself rather have a RELATIVE instead. It is not original anymore.
