got a ticket, help please!

Got a ticket yesterday during a travel to Atlanta for child not wearing seatbelt in backseat (not my child, but I am the operator). This is the first time for me to get a ticket.

I really worried about this. I want to know will this be recorded in my driver's license record, and affect my future insurance premium? What other bad impact of this ticket for me? I just want to pay the fine because I live in another state and have no time to go to the court, is it OK? Could I waive it by attending some classes?
