报税头痛问题，我这是不是属于偷税漏税啊？

想着今年的税简单我就买了Turbo Tax 自己报，可是却有一项不知道如何报，报还是不报。请教各位。

我住在华州，离origen州不远，去年在origen买了将近一万刀的商品，都是用信用卡付的，其中有一项就超过5千刀。买的时候很高兴，不用付销售税。可是报税时头痛了，这是不是属于偷税漏税啊？
