I've had bad neighbours before, you have my sympathy. I would approach like this,

1. Check to see if it's legal to run a family care in an appartment, maybe you have something on them
2. Check you lease, I'm pretty sure they are violating some conditions of the lease by disturbing the neighbours. Are other neighbours complaining also? Maybe you can get them on your side
3. Invite them (and possibly other neighbours) to resolve the dispute with the appartment management, that is, don't just go to management to complain, try to work something out together
4. See if your lease or the management allows you to break the lease and move away, hold the managerment responsible
5. If all fails, I'd really consider buying a treadmill and start exercising in the morning!!
