Before hiring a dual agent, make sure this agent performs his/her job in a professional and ethical way.

If your agent said you can't retain the full amount of deposits, ask him/her why. Don't sign the paper before having an advice here.

Just remember: You can't rely on anyone else but yourself. No one can protect you only yourself. Be aware your agent is a businessman.
