write as much in the contract as possible..

you don't need lawyer's involvement to do a contract...as long as you and he both sign the agreement, and both understand what you are signing...

On theory, any contract with signature is enforceable against the signor...

just remember, any contract can be attacked in a court, even if it's drafted by the best contract lawyer in the world...
