怎么修复我的Credit fraud problem?單身老貓和热心网友请

告诉我个办法吧。我是个一向特serious的人，现在这事搞得我很烦恼，什么乱七八糟的美国社会信用欺诈怎么就happened to me.

简单的说是这样的:
06年5月Aspire Visa what我从未申请和持有使用它,寄我一帐单我才知道
发生了Credit fraud，06年8月Aspire Visa closed我这个account after
argued with them.但结果是我的credit score droped from 708 to 688.我感到很pissed off.没这事ruined me的话，我的credit score现在
理应达到850。
我很看重这个，我还正准备申请房贷呢。我就是不知道到哪where and who can fix it for me.美国goverment应该有个机构管这事吧，不是光
report and stop a Credit fraud,而是修复rebuilt.
