prohibition order 有兩個意義，一個是指從1920到1933年施行的全國禁酒令，另外一個是用於公司法中對於法人組織或是董事會運作的一種行政命令

至於restriction order一個簡單的定義如下
A restriction order is an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court in relation to a person who has been found not guilty of an offence with which they were charged by reason of insanity.

同時restriction有一個特別的意義是指在地契或是租約中對於建築物的建物面積大小，與建物位置的規定與限制。
