单身老猫及其他牛人过来帮我指点一下好吗?

排名50以外的JD和排名20以内的LLM哪个就业前景会更好一些呢?
如果读JD,我可以拿州内学费,而且不用离开家了.
LLM必须要离家一年(没办法,这个地方实在是没有什么好学校,而离家三年读JD又觉得无法忍受).
我的背景是国内法学硕士,高校工作5年.
另外再问,绿卡对法学院毕业找工作有很大好处吗?
