T-moble may go to collection.

You have to go to small court. What more could you lose? Filing fee?

Who did, who respo*****le - if you give all story, the judge will understand beside, you already liable for the bill right? This is America, you got fight for your right. Go for it, nothing else to lose anymore.

You may thing of a lawyer, but they charge for hour which may cost more.
