The answer is you can challenge the deed but very hard to succeed. It is true that you should be responsible for what you signed. However in this Case, one critical fact is, assuming everything you tell is true, you hu*****and committed fraud. Any contract or agreement signed under fraud is void and unenforceable. But the problem is how could you prove that you signed the deed under fraud. Even right now you are not quite sure when and where you signed the article, and have no evidence at all. So forget about the house and be careful next time.
