恼人的车祸（续），关于保险，敬请指教，感激不尽！

我打电话问过保险公司，他们是不帮我 fight for ticket 的。我现在正在找律师处理ticket. 今天收到了保险公司的来信，有点疑问和担心，请帮忙看一下，万分感激！信的主要内容大概是这样，

We have complete our investigation of …, Our investigation included obtaining statement from you, Mr. B (the other party), and the witness to the accident. Based upon our investigation, we have found you to be fully responsible for this accident and the subsequent property damage and injuries sustained by Mr. B.

It appears that the claims of the parties involved in this accident may exceed the available policy limit of $25,000 per person injured in a single accident. In order to effect a settlement of this matter, it may become necessary for us to reveal the amount of the policy limits. In order to do so, we need your permission.

然后就是要我签名了。 我的问题是

1． 如果我签名了，只是允许保险公司 reveal my information， 还是同时间接承认了我要对事故负全部责任？（既然他们提到了他们的调查结果），我是不是必须得签名，即使这意味着我认同他们的调查结果？

2． 如果保险公司没能把索赔控制在$25,000以内，如果我需要打官司的话，这个（授权保险公司处理，尽管实际上我不认同他们的调查结果）会不会影响到我对自己不应该负全责的坚持?

3． 我现在联系到了一个律师帮我 fight ticket，他只是含糊地说 $600 for entire case。 我正要继续和他negotiate, 问清他到底提供哪些help，因为我们这里是贫穷的小地方，我好不容易才找到一个肯接这种案子的律师，还不知道能不能再找一个或几个来比较，大家认为这个价钱怎么样? 有没有哪位有经验，律师都会帮忙做哪些工作?
