不是律师，但因为给自己，朋友申请过移民绿卡，熟悉整个过程，准备的材料。　每次都顺利拿到绿卡，　公民身份。

我可以帮别人申请绿卡，公民，赚点外快吗？我知道，不非得是律师才能代表别人申请，但不知商业行为，有没有什莫法律上的限制。
