Such document must satisfactorily show that they have legal power of attorney to act on your behalf."
Anyone know if INS asked us to get a legal power attorney or legal guardian?
To apply a legal power attorney is easier (we may get bank certificate), while legal guardian is must complexer and take long time.
I would very appreciate if anyone can give advise.
