向 大 家 请 教 一 个 问 题 ， 我 去 年 6月 B1来 美 I94只 有 三 个 月 ， 找 到 工 作 后 申 请 H1B那 时 没 有 名 额 了 ， 转 申 请 L1， 现 在 L1被 拒 ， 5月 初 又 申 请 H1B。请 问 我 现 在 身 份 还 合 法 吗我 该 怎 么 办 呢
