请问如果要离婚的夫妻双方就孩子一事达不成协议，

都想和孩子在一起。在正式离婚前，或是分居阶段，其中一方能否擅自单独把孩子带在身边？有什么需要注意吗？还是必须等待正式离婚判决后才能？谢了。
