Etrade开户法律问题。请懂法律的朋友看一下

我在加州， 现在想和老公开一个etrade joint account， 投资的。
etrade 给我3个选择

Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship—In case of one owner's death, his or her interest passes to surviving owner(s).

Tenants in Common—In case of one owner's death, his or her interest (e.g., 50%) passes to his or her estate.

Community Property—Equal ownership for married couples in AZ, CA, ID, LA, NM, NV, PR, TX, WA, and WI.

我现在不知道应该是1 还是 3 ， 2 肯定不是。
但是加州既然community property, 不就肯定也是1了吗？我现在不知道选了3的话，会是不是另一方就不能自动继承呢？而是必须按照遗产继承呢？ 不是一定要往坏处想，还有一个小孩子， 希望不管如何， 总能把孩子抚养大。 我丈夫是公民， 我是绿卡。
