Thank you for your information. The reason for the adoption is my brother just got divioce and my sister-in-law does not want to take care of their son. My mother can not take care of herself. she is sit in the wheel chair. My brother has to take care my mother and his son. I just want to do something to help him take care of his son and let him take care of my mother. Even we have hired a helper to help but I still think that is too much for him. Somehow, I don't have any kids and would like to take care of my brother's son rather than adop other people's kid. In this situation, is there any posibility to make it happen? Thank you.
