I was once charged over $250 for 10-min work a technician did in my house: reconnecting cable TV serivce.
I was really upset for the charge, and talked to their manager. But they insisted their charge. I told them I would switch to DirecTV. They said "Go ahead". You see: what a poor customer service!
I am glad I switched to DirecTV. Now I have more channels and cheeper monthly fees. Recently Comcast raised the subion fee of their cable TV, because they are losing customers big time. Comcast will go downhill!
