Glad that you've gotten your case into the local court. Just think about what you are going to say. If your English is not great, you might want to write down at least an outline of your argument. You will need to present the facts first. Be clear, be firm with details such as the date your ordered the ticket, the date you requested the refund etc. Ambiguity will affect your credibility. You might want to check out their policy about returning or cancelling the order. If nothing is speficied, find out the general policy in the travel agency industry, bring the computer print-outs of those information with you. Of course, make sure to bring the payment evidence.
