Go public if you want a divorce.

1. Collect evidence of abusing acts and language, like photos, eye witness and tape recording.

2. Call police if he ever hit you again.

3. Find legal and social help, many groups can help. You may get green card under abused spouse status.

4. Apply to social welfare to support you and baby. Demand child support and alimony also.

Or you can just divorce and take baby back to China. America may not be for every one.

If you just want to keep it within the family, I don't see any better way out.
