You need to tell Bellsouth that you don't need long distance service from anybody; just let them block it with a few dollars fee each month. Otherwise they will continue to charge u.

I am having problems too with Bellsouth on some other issues. The taxes are sky high. In fact, there are nothing much you can do. Maybe you need to look for another company in your area.
