如何把国内帐户的钱转出来？

大家好，

十年前父母给了我一笔钱，当时我就用美国护照在国内开了两个银行帐户：中国银行存的是美元，中国邮政储蓄银行存的是人民币。请问现在有没有什么最好的办法把钱转出来？多谢！
