怎么办？

朋友做夫妻店餐馆，有人几个月每天订几小单，又不来取。几个月大概消费两千多元。现在信用卡公司发来一个5万元账单。怎么办！

中间还报过警，警察局也说不出个所以然。我让他再去警察局报案：被勒索。还有其他什么办法？
