car accident

帮我朋友问一下：

出去玩， Florida, 晚上， 在一个四叉路口左转弯，对面有两辆车（two lanes)， 朋友他们应该yield. 但三辆车都停了下来 （朋友搞不懂他们为什么停下来)。 朋友以为他们让他先走， 就左转了， 结果， 第一辆车是让他了， 第二辆车却撞在朋友车的尾部。 朋友很生气， 警察来了， 判断是朋友的错。 

问题是， 这撞车的俩黑人现在雇佣attorney， 说撞坏身体了. attorney 还问我朋友 insurance coverage and whether he has umbrella policy. 

据说， Florida 很有一些这样的骗子团。 朋友问题是， 如果他们要的超过他的coverage， 是不是他要自己出钱给他们。 这本来是一个小车祸， 嗨，
