请推荐Maryland real property/Eviction Lawyers.

Background information: I bought a Auction property at Howard County, Maryland. The previous owner was living in the property when I bought it.The title of the property has been shown and transferred to me in the Maryland government website. I filed an action to the court and asked to the previous owners to move out one month ago. At the same time, the previous owner also filed an action to the court.Right now the result of court's decision is 'No Action'. What does mean by 'No Action'? If you know any good real layers in Maryland,Please recommend them to me.
