我可以要求annual bonus 吗

我在某公司干了不到一年跳槽了。可以要求annual bonus 吗。 看了一下当初的offer letter， 上面写了 “You are eligible to participate ... in a bonus pool” 但没有写不到一年离职怎样。如果没收到，我可以告公司吗？
