离婚官司，对方没有诚实地disclose其个人财产，可以向法院起诉对方perjury吗？或者，法院会自动追究其perjury的责

离婚官司进行中。第一次判决的时候，对方没有完全披露其财产状况，导致我这边支付了过量的child 和 spouse support，以及对方的律师费。现在，我这边发现一些之前被其隐瞒的个人财产，有一些证据。请问，可以向法院起诉对方perjury吗？ 或者，法院会自动追究其perjury的责任吗？并且要回我不应支付的那部分？
