这个案子只有federal circuit Court rule 适用

他们可以提出hearing, 但我可以拒绝，法庭也不会同意。这类案子不需要oral argument.

Oral argument一般需由我提出。

法庭确定他们的非正式回复在5/18.难道他们的回复是正式的，所以不受此限？正式回复必须在40天内完成。4/24为起算点？那就是说他们在6/5号前上传正式回复都行？
