I received my year end performance review from the manager today. In several sections, she indicated I need to improve my English skills, which I do agree. I am a foreigner. Will probably never speak English as well as she does. In one section, she stated: "She (refer to me) adjusts as needed however, slower sometimes, than someone who is a native speaker." While reading this, I felt very uncomfortable. Does this create discrimination?
