Contract 上是写到：我shall be entitled to join the company retirement plan.  The company will contribute to the retirement plan.  The level of the company contribution is in the range of 10% to 25% of my salary.

看上去，也没太多必要去争了，只是觉得这公司有的莫明其妙，之前问过公司老板这事，他也一直没说这policy, 直到最后离开时才讲
