redskin保住了注册商标

redskin作为队名一直没有丢。因为商标分注册商标和common-law trademark两种。redskin仅仅是联邦政府取消了注册。redskin的common-law trademark一直没有丢。

当然，redskin可以做商标，不等于用redskin做商标是个好主意。印第安人的压力现在只能从媒体舆论上面下。法律上似乎没有办法了。
