可以在哪裡起訴？
法院列出了一些地方，主要是被告居住地或事件發生地，但是竟然還有這個：

7. In any action for money due, if there is no agreement as to where suit may be filed, where payment is to be made.

也就是在哪里告也可以？

我在本地出租了一个房间给原告房客，后来扣了他100多块钱押金。房客搬走之后在新的地方（开车三个小时），告了我。
