Check the EDD website for details.

I recall one can be qualified for 12 weeks of FMLA after 12 months employment.  This 12 weeks can be used at one time or  different times.  You have used up 1 month, theoretically you can use whats left of the 12 weeks anytime. I'd suggest you check with your HR to make sure.
