I registered a online service with $103 registration fee.

假如说你参加了一个网上交友网站，支付了103元换取几个月的交友机会。

或者假如说，你定了一个家电维修计划，支付了103元换取几个月的维修保证。

I didn't get what they described in their advertisement

假如说你没有交到朋友，后者你没有家电需要维修，你不能说你不应该付钱吧？

and there is no way to contact them to cancel my service.

如果合同里面没有允许你cancel service，对方不必提供cancel 的服务。到期不续就是了。

I called my credit card company , the credit card company sucessuful disputed this account

你拒付103元是不对的，因为对方给你了交友的机会，或者家电维修的保证，在那段时间里你没有交友或者没有维修家电，是你的问题。
