我遇到骗子了吗？

在craig's list上卖苹果机，收到一个email要买。说是现在不在国内要让给寄到马来西亚去，要先给我paypal money过来还要付运费。觉得应该是骗子吧，但是不知道是怎么个骗法。Paypal过来的钱还能退票的吗？如果不能退的话，她会怎么骗呢？就是有些好 奇。刚刚还收到email要问我的zip code准备给我打钱过来呢。
