By the way, our attorney will take 50% of the final settlement. The total medical bill now is more than $30,000 already, include ER, physical treatments. The car repair cost is diectly paid by insurance company. We expect $12,000 our share at final. This compansetion is well deserved since our car went through major body work, its market value declined big time. Anyone in buying our car in future will be aware of this by checking the VIN#.
