朋友从加拿大来美国，没有工作，现在husband提出离婚，但是突然回国

临走才通知朋友， 不知道是不是准备在国内提出离婚，这样的话这边的房子，还有赡养费朋友是不是都拿不到？

朋友想去老公公司人事处反映离婚的事情，不知道会有什么后果。。。
